Refund Policy: Because WCNJ must provide guarantees to the catering provider/facility, registrants cancelling their attendance which are received within 2 calendar days of an event (i.e., the day of an event or the day before the event) and no-shows at the event will not be granted a refund of the registration fee. For cancellations received more than 2 calendar days in advance of the event, registrants will be refunded the full registration fee less a 10% administrative fee.
