The aim of the Northern NJ Leads Council is to build a network of entrepreneurial, professional, business development and sales executives, working together across internally non-competitive councils. It provides a dedicated forum for Wharton alumni to grow their businesses by sharing new business leads and business development growth opportunities, while also serving as a business incubator where members can learn from and support each other in growing their respective businesses. Leads Council members are motivated executives committed to helping other Wharton alumni reach their business goals, while gaining the support and leads they need to grow their own businesses. While Wharton may not have taught you networking skills, they're essential to a complete business career in the entrepreneurial, and increasingly, the corporate sector. The Northern NJ New Business Leads Council is committed to providing members with both the networking forum, and the networking coaching so that all members get the most out of one of the greatest business networks in the world - Wharton alumni!
