Summertime…and the livin’ is easy.  Or not.  Perhaps you’re getting outside in the warm, sunny weather, swimming, playing tennis or golf, jogging or walking, enjoying the long post-work, pre-sundown hours and weekends.  Or not.  Either way, as – we hesitate to say it – the summer draws to a close and Labor Day is on us before we know it, we’ll all be returning to our desks and our busy, intense work lives.  Whether you’ve experienced a summer slowdown or not, most of us are intensely engaged in our business lives and don’t pay enough attention to our physical well-being.  Our physical well-being is not only closely tied to our energy level but also to our mental and emotional well-being.

What can we do to maintain our physical health and fitness even as we are engulfed by the pressures of work and life?  Frank Pucher, owner of Fitness 121 and an award-winning personal fitness trainer, will host WCNJ members and guests at his personal fitness center.  He’ll share his philosophy of personal fitness and how busy professionals can maintain and improve their fitness. Frank will be joined by his spouse and partner, Francesca Pucher.  The topics they’ll cover include:
- Top 3 Tips for Feeling Better
- Why Your Workout is Hurting You
- How Proper Exercise Slows the Aging Process
- Using Fitness as a Vehicle for Personal & Professional Success.

In order to set the stage for the evening’s subject matter, we’ll serve a light buffet dinner catered by the Muscle Maker Grill, whose tag line is “Great Food with Your Health in Mind.”  Not to worry, we’ll still have wine and beer during the networking hour that precedes dinner and this presentation.  Join us for this fun and energizing session, and get fit!
