Cheryl Biron is the owner and president of One Horn Transportation, which provides trucking and logistics solutions to manufacturers and distributors of industrial materials and consumer goods throughout the US and Canada. Cheryl heads sales, marketing, accounting, finance and strategic planning. She is responsible for business partnerships with various vendors, as well as leading One Horn's business development efforts. She also oversees advertising, sales and marketing operations while contributing towards the tactical and strategic growth of the company.
 
Cheryl has several years in the field of sales and marketing across various industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer goods and banking. Before starting One Horn Cheryl was director of marketing at Prestige Brands where she was responsible for brand management of all shampoo and nail care products marketed by the company. She also worked as a marketing manager at Berlex Laboratories (now owned by Bayer) where she led an effort titled “Direct to Consumer Marketing”, whereby Berlex advertised its female health care products directly to consumers for the first time. Prior to joining Berlex Laboratories, Cheryl was responsible for brand management at Becton Dickinson, Block Drug Company (now owned by Glaxo SmithKline) and Proctor & Gamble France. Prior to her years at Wharton, Cheryl was a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Cheryl has been one of the leading contributors to the Wharton Club of New Jersey. She is active in Wharton Leads council and an integral part of Entrepreneur Circle of WCNJ. She is also an active member of Wharton Women Special Interest Group. Cheryl is also a member of NJ Business Assembly, Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, and Morris County Chamber of Commerce. She also chairs committees for Lafayette Elementary and Anthony Wayne Middle Schools in Wayne.

Cheryl received an MBA degree from Wharton School in 1992 with concentration in Marketing and Finance. She graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Economics and International Labor Relations. She lives in Wayne NJ with her husband and two children. Besides having the responsibility of full time mom she enjoys taking family vacations to various skiing destination.

Since then One Horn Transportation has evolved into a significant freight broker. They are one of the most dynamic carriers in the north east region and are expanding the portfolio service provided to meet various unique needs to the customer at a rapid pace. The management team's experience in running a fleet of its own gives them a greater understanding of the special needs and challenges of customers. They fully comprehend the intricacies of loading freight of all sizes and shapes onto and into flatbeds and dry vans for maximum efficiency and safety.
