Are you ready to take your leadership to the next level?

Mindful Leaders are the leaders of the future. Global competition, technological advances and a culturally diverse work force need business leaders who are focused, decisive, creative and responsive. Discover why companies such as Google, Facebook and General Mills have embraced the power of mindfulness. In this session on Mindfulness in the Workplace you will learn:

  • What mindfulness is and why it matters for business leaders
  • Evidence-based skills that will make you a more effective leader
  • How to bring these practices to your entire team 

The facilitator of this insightful session is Sharon Kelly, LCSW, is a graduate of Douglass Collage and Fordham University. She is a behavioral health provider, a long time mindfulness practitioner and certified yoga instructor.  Sharon is a leader at CONCERN Behavioral and Management Solutions which is a division of Atlantic Health System. She has direct experience working with management, Human Resources and organizational development within AHS and over 50 companies in New Jersey.  She has developed and presented programs on DeskTop Yoga and Mindfulness in the workplace and for leaders for many years.

There are two registration categories for this event: Member and Guest. Each is $20. The event starts at 7PM at a location in Morris County that will be disclosed after registration is confirmed. Dinner is included in the registration fee.
