Now more than ever, it is critical for men and women competing and performing in the business world to be confident, deliberate, and strategic in their personal packaging and presentation. Effective communication style, image, and attitude are the keys to successful interviewing, presentation, and corporate performance. This content-rich and highly participatory workshop is designed to help professionals leverage style through branding to radiate confidence and capability, enhance business behaviors to create a dynamic and deliberate impression, and develop a persuasive public persona and manage relationships advantageously.

Speaker: Raleigh Mayer  
 
Raleigh Mayer, principal of Raleigh Mayer Consulting, helps leaders elevate presence, enhance communication, and become more sophisticated at managing their relationships and reputations. She is an advisor, coach, educator, and speaker, serving large corporations, private firms, and individual executives.
 
Raleigh has counseled and trained dozens of CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs, as well as thousands of business leaders from Fortune 500 companies, representing a wide variety of enterprises including financial services, technology, government, the armed forces, advertising, law, consumer products, non-profit, and public interest groups.
 
Currently, Raleigh is also:
• A senior fellow at Logos Consulting’s Institute for Crisis Management and Executive Leadership.
• An instructor at Barnard College’s Athena Center for Women’s Leadership.
• A lecturer at Harvard Business School. 
• A frequent presenter at Columbia University’s Master in Business Administration programs.
 
Raleigh has served as a coach for New York University’s Stern School of Business, and was an adjunct professor of marketing and management at NYU for more than 20 years.
 
In addition, Raleigh was a contributor to “The Power of Communication: Skills to Build Trust, Inspire Loyalty, and Lead Effectively”, by Helio Fred Garcia (FT Press 2012) and “Reputation Management: The Key to Successful Public Relations and Corporate Communication”, by John Doorley and Helio Fred Garcia (Routledge; 3rd edition (February 17, 2015).
 
Raleigh received a B.A. in English with a concentration in Theater Arts from Middlebury College in Vermont.  In addition to her professional accomplishments, Raleigh has completed three NYC Marathons, including one sub-four hour finish, and performs in cabaret programs with the 92nd St. Y.
