Background:
With COVID-19 inflicted turbulence, sustainability seems to be getting ever more awareness, urgency and resources. However, overall macro evidence continues to indicate that we are falling behind, and perhaps at a faster rate. Why is this paradox?

With growing number of dedicated minds, incubators, accelerators and funds, number of new innovative solutions are seeing explosive growth. We also know that if we are to win the battle for sustainability, innovation, rather than government, has to play the central role. So then, what is holding things up?

In this discussion, the panel will explore this paradox with perspectives from three experts and practitioners, bringing a global view.

Points that will be covered:
· March towards a sustainable world – the good news and the bad news
· Key barriers to success
· Potential roadmap – CARBON model
· Two case studies – Ecofiltro & The Last Well
· Call to action
