Co-Hosted by WCNCR Women's Affinity Group
You might feel burnt out. Work might feel dull. No matter your current state, dozens of academic studies show that you will be more energized, happier, healthier and more successful if you "job purpose".
Job purposing involves messing with work to ensure that it’s a meaningful contribution to others or to a societal cause. Even modest job purposing has a profound impact on our wellbeing and on the world.
One of the world’s experts on workplace purpose and author of Do Good at Work: How Simple Acts of Social Purpose Drive Success and Wellbeing, Bea Boccalandro, will share how to job purpose, no matter what job you have.
Make sure your work matters. It’s easier than you think!
