Join us for an interactive conversation with Rena Nigam, the Founder and CEO of Meytier, an AI and Analytics-based firm focused on eliminating unintended, unconscious bias in hiring to help enterprises achieve real diversity. Hiring technology affects all of us, whether we're looking for new career opportunities or hiring new talent for our organizations. We'll discuss how women can best represent themselves to get through hiring screening systems, as well as how companies can use technology to offset bias rather than amplify it and improve gender diversity in talent pools.

Logistics: We will email you the Zoom meeting on the day of the event.
