The Wharton Club of New Jersey is joining host - the New Jersey Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI) - in a special event at American Dream, the long-awaited super mall in the Meadowlands complex. Alumni of the Penn Club of Metro New Jersey and the Columbia Alumni Club of New Jersey as well as members of the New York Chapter of FEI will also join in this unique breakfast event. Adi Adair, CFO of Triple Five Group & American Dream, and an icon among women business executives, will discuss the new mall and entertainment center and its projected impact on the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. After Ms. Adair’s presentation, there will be a tour of American Dream’s retail and entertainment facilities.
Ms. Adair, an iconic business leader, will discuss:
· Her career path and the road to American Dream;
· Thriving in a mall retail space in an era of continuing mall anchor tenant retail decline
· Spillover effect on surrounding business communities, tourists and the metro area
· The secret sauce in sustaining a viable entertainment / retail business model.

About the Speaker:
Adi Adair is Chief Financial Officer of Triple Five Group/American Dream. Her career as a Chief Financial Officer and multidimensional finance executive has included designing and executing strategies that enhance value for stakeholders and improve operational performance. Ms. Adair has been sought after and recruited repeatedly for her expertise in the real estate industry, her skill in negotiating complex multi-million-dollar deals and her success of more than 15 years with improving finance and accounting operations.Prior to Triple Five Group/American Dream, Ms. Adair has held positions such as VP Corporate Accounting, CFO and COO at various firms, including The Related Companies, Treetop Development, The Halle Companies, Housing Trust Group, and BAP Development.
