Join us on September 16th for a topical, informative and engaging webinar by Wharton Club of NJ sponsor and friend, McCarter & English, LLP.

Online freedom of speech, claims of censorship and possible restrictions on advertising and control of search results are in the headlines and comments in the news and your social media feeds. In this webinar, Susan Goldsmith, McCarter & English IP/IT partner, gives context to proposed changes and explains what is going on in Congress and with executive orders and reports originating in the White House. Please bring your questions about how the Internet is governed, and we will talk about how it may be changing regardless of which party wins in November.
