However, whether they're technical or not, what users do in working with software and data often leads to gaps, inefficiencies and sadly, blunders. We'll look at some colorful blunders from the worlds of Financial Crime and Cybersecurity software and data. There will be headshaking for many and hopefully, practical, real world guidance for all.

A data-driven corporate compliance expert and former C-Suite software executive, senior regulator, corporate monitor and law firm partner, Brad advises companies on reducing their regulatory, reputational and other risks. He has spent almost two decades working to bridge the gaps between technical and non-technical executives and staff in areas such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Anti-Money Laundering, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, ESG, Fraud, Sanctions and Securities Trading.
