Howard Brownstein (BS/BA ‘71) is the President of TheBrownstein Corporation in Philadelphia, which currently is active selling and refinancing companies, but is nationally-known for turnaround and crisis management, litigation support and fiduciary services. Howard has led turnaround and crisis management engagements in a broad range of industries for thirty years, including some high-profile cases. He has also served as an independent corporate board member for more than 40 years, for publicly-held and privately-owned companies, as well as large nonprofits. Howard is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania where he received his BS and BA degrees from the Wharton School and the College of Arts and Sciences. He is also a graduate of Harvard University where he obtained his J.D. and MBA degrees
