About Our Panelists

Allen A. Geller, Managing Director, Raines International

With more than 40 years of executive search experience and specific expertise in the finance function, Allen Geller is the Head of Raines International’s Financial Officers Practice.  Throughout his career, Allen has demonstrated a commitment to identifying progressive, accomplished leaders and to identifying upcoming talent and helping them to achieve the next steps in their careers.

During his tenure, Allen’s personal assignments have spanned the North America, the United Kingdom, Africa, and Asia, and include all areas of finance, general management, human resources, strategy, M&A / integration, and related functions.  His recent placements include the positions of CEO, SVP, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer; CFO; Treasurer, and SVP International.

Allen serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and is the Co-Chair of the Staffing Committee for the Society of Human Resources, New York Chapter. He is an active member of the executive search community and is a frequent speaker at various conferences and professional seminars.  He has been quoted in professional magazines including Treasury & Risk Magazine, CFO Magazine and CFO.com, Crain’s New York, and Bloomberg News. 

 Marty Latman, CPA, CISA

Marty Latman, called “the Best Networker they know” by many people, is the Managing Partner of Latman Advisory Services LLC. From business consulting to financial advisement to professional career development, Latman Advisory Services is dedicated to helping professionals achieve their personal or business goals. Marty and his team of consultants and advisors take a collaborative approach, working closely to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. With 40 years of experience in nearly 20 different industries, the team has successfully navigated a variety of issues. Latman Advisory Services LLC helps organizations improve their performance and increase their “bottom line”, provides individuals with career coaching and advancement advice, and helps companies find individuals who help them enhance performance.

Possessing a skill set that combines finance, operations and technology, Marty has been successful in organizing start-up companies, turning around organizations, and setting strategic direction for companies prior to starting Latman Advisory Services LLC. He has worked in both public and private industry. He is a “match maker” and “people helper”.

Marty has been a guest speaker for many networking groups where he has discussed various career development topics. He has spoken at the the Wharton Club of NJ, Annual Conference of the Institute of Management Accountants, Financial Executive International, and the Financial Planning Association of NJ, among others.

Ina Rose – Founder, Passion 4 People Consulting LLC

Passion 4 People is a women-owned boutique staffing firm providing companies with talented finance & accounting professionals on an interim and permanent basis. When company executives are losing sleep over the work that isn’t getting done and need a strong, capable professional to take the problem off their plate, Passion 4 People’s talented accounting & finance professionals, averaging over 15 years of experience, will complete projects or simply tackle any work backlog, quickly, efficiently, and with passion.  Collectively, the company’s management team has over 40 years of experience helping clients reach their goals, enabling them to find the best fit solutions.

Ina Rose founded Passion 4 People in 2014. Prior to P4P she was Office Managing Partner of Tatum where she had responsibility for the New Jersey and Pennsylvania markets.  Ina began her career at Deloitte where as a CPA she performed audits for healthcare, manufacturing, retail and financial services companies.  After a few years of consulting and skiing, she worked at Resources Global Professionals for 13 years, holding positions of increasing responsibility including Managing Director.  She started, led and developed the NJ practice and grew it to $40M in revenue.  She also led Global Training and Development for the company and created the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiative.

Ken Drossman – President, Lakeview Business Consulting LLC

LBC works principally with privately-owned and entrepreneurial businesses in implementing or improving process, planning and management.  LBC’s clients are diverse, including among others, companies in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and B2B services sectors. Client work has included, among other activities:

  • Acting as a sounding board for ownership
  • Preparation for and assistance with mergers and acquisitions opportunities
  • Development of short- and long-term operating budgets and forecasts
  • Providing and executing/managing turnaround strategies
  • Negotiation and restructuring of financing with banks and other credit sources
  • Development of cash flow projections; improvements in cash/working capital management
  • Assisting ownership in preparing business plans for new offerings
  • Design of financial/operating system flows and processes; system implementation/conversion

Prior to founding Lakeview, Mr. Drossman fulfilled roles as CFO, COO and/or CEO for 5 privately-owned, entrepreneurial companies over an 18-year period, which included a primary role in 18 business acquisition and disposition transactions.  Previously, he was a Partner at Grant Thornton, where he spent 14 years in the firm’s Management Advisory Services group.
